Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant Job - StratCon FZ-LLC in Dubai

Imagine being the right hand to the Top Management of US based Company operating in Dubai/New york/Cairo/Berlin, handling all personal, financial and confidential issues and performing administrative and executive tasks. You will be distinct with a very important position above and beyond the secretarial activities, by primarily supporting the Managing Director in a demanding environment. Your sensitive position require the utmost finesse, etiquette and diplomacy in handling personal and confidential assignments. This role has a great potential for growth in managing groups, projects and operations down the road.

Some of the tasks include:
- Supporting Top Management with diverse and operational task, including public relations and business development.
- Managing the daily administrative tasks including scheduling appointments, keeping track of calendars, scheduling meetings, correspondence, telephone conferences etc.
- Help promote and drive business opportunities.
- Performing any tasks or duties as required, at the request of the Management.

Skills
-Clients and goal oriented
-You are mobile and enjoy traveling.
-Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines; good time management skill .
-You have good public relation skills
-You know how to use the Microsoft office suite and internet savvy.
-Excellent English is a must, other languages including Arabic is a plus
-Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
